Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Fenul Creator Hub (the “Application”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

The Application is intended solely for authorized internal users of Fenul Media Group. It is not a consumer-facing service and is not available to the general public.

2. Purpose of the Application

The Application is designed to:

  • Authenticate with various social platforms via OAuth

  • Manage and publish content to Fenul-owned brand accounts

  • Support internal workflows across music, entertainment, education, fitness, construction, and media brands

  • Facilitate scheduling, metadata updates, and content distribution

The Application does not provide access to personal information of any public users, nor does it allow actions outside Fenul’s official accounts.

3. Eligibility

Use of the Application is restricted to:

  • Fenul employees

  • Fenul contractors

  • Authorized internal team members

Public users may not access or create accounts within the Application.

4. User Responsibilities

Authorized users agree to:

  • Use the Application only for approved business purposes

  • Protect access credentials and avoid sharing logins

  • Follow all internal policies of Fenul Media Group

  • Comply with the Terms of Service of each connected social platform

Users must not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access

  • Interfere with platform APIs

  • Upload prohibited, illegal, or harmful content

  • Misuse authentication tokens or account access

5. Third-Party Platforms

The Application integrates with APIs provided by third-party platforms including:

  • TikTok

  • Meta (Facebook, Instagram)

  • Google (YouTube)

  • Other supported social platforms

Each platform’s own Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Privacy Policies apply.

Fenul is not responsible for actions taken by those platforms.

6. Data Handling and Security

The Application does not collect or process personal data from public social media users.

Internal-use data such as:

  • OAuth tokens

  • Page/channel identifiers

  • Publishing metadata

…is stored securely using encrypted systems and industry-standard security practices.

Fenul implements role-based access control, audit logging, and secure secret-management practices.

7. Content Ownership

All content uploaded through the Application is owned or licensed by Fenul Media Group or its affiliated brands.

Users may only upload content:

  • Owned by Fenul

  • Provided by Fenul

  • Licensed to Fenul

Uploading infringing material is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Fenul is not liable for loss of data, service interruptions, or errors in third-party APIs.

  • The Application is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

  • Fenul is not responsible for changes or limitations imposed by third-party platforms.

9. Modification or Termination

Fenul reserves the right to:

  • Modify or update these Terms at any time

  • Add or remove features

  • Suspend or terminate access for any internal user

  • Temporarily or permanently discontinue the Application

Changes become effective upon posting the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
