What this site is and is not
Is this financial advice?
No. It is general education about money and planning, and it does not know your situation. Fenul LLC is not a financial advisor and does not give financial advice in any form. Reading the site, running a calculator or sending a message does not create any advisory, brokerage or fiduciary relationship with you.
Can I count on the numbers?
No. What an investment did last year says little about what it will do next year, and nothing on this site promises you a particular return, saving or outcome. Calculators work from assumptions, so change them and the answer changes. Markets move, rules change and so does your own situation, so a number that fits today may not fit later.
Who provides wealth planning?
Fenul Wealth Management, a separate firm registered as an investment adviser with the State of California. It advises only clients who sign its written agreement, after giving them its Form ADV and Form CRS. Registration does not imply a certain level of skill or training. Its site is fenulwealthmanagement.com.
What about the ads and links?
They belong to other companies. Showing an ad or a link is not the same as recommending it, and we have no control over what those sites publish or do with your data. Advertisers have no say in what we write.
