Terms, in questions
What you are agreeing to
What is this site for, and what can I do with it?
It describes Fenul's work and publishes general education: guides, calculators and planning tools. You can read it, and print or share a page for your own use. You may not copy the site in bulk, scrape it or resell it without our written permission. If you use a contact form, give accurate details and write on your own behalf.
Can I rely on the calculators?
They show what the assumptions on the page produce, nothing more. Treat the answer as an illustration of those assumptions, not as a forecast or a promise about your money. They leave out anything the assumptions do not list, so check the result against your own facts.
What does a message cost, and what do I owe?
Nothing. A message asks Fenul's own team to reply to you, and that is all it does. It is not passed to anyone else. You owe nothing for sending it, and we can decline a message or stop replying to one.
Does Fenul give financial advice?
No. Fenul LLC is not a financial advisor, and nothing on this site is personal investment, tax or legal advice. Wealth planning is provided by Fenul Wealth Management, a separate firm registered as an investment adviser with the State of California, only under its own written agreement and disclosures, which you receive before you engage it.
What are you liable for?
Only what the law requires. You use the site as it is, and as far as the law lets us, we take no responsibility for losses that come from trusting its pages or its calculators. We do not promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. Nothing here takes away a right the law gives you.
Can these terms change?
Yes, whenever the site or the rules around it change. Whatever is on this page is the version that counts. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version, and if you do not want to, stop using it.
